Items purchased from Dental-Rotors.com are covered by a 30-day return policy.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us at +39 327 560 9272 to request a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have your invoice available for reference.
Once the returned product is received, Dental-Rotors.com will issue a refund, credit, or exchange, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges.
All returned items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging, with the seal unbroken.
Return claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.
Any items returned to Meddys di Saca SNC in a condition deemed unsellable will not be eligible for credit.

Return Guidelines
- Use traceable shipping services like UPS, TNT, or FedEx.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for loss or damage during return shipment.
- Include a copy of the original invoice in the return package.
- Please allow 5–7 business days to process your return.
- No returns accepted on special orders or drop-shipments.
Return Authorization
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from issue.
- Returns received after RMA expiry will not be accepted.
- Packages without an RMA will be returned to the sender at their expense.
- Customer is responsible for care and shipping insurance of the returned item.
Order Issues or Damaged Shipments
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
- Keep all original packaging and request a damage report from the courier (e.g. UPS).

Cancelled Orders
