EMERTALIA LABÒ 2.0 – CAM – Specialized CAD/CAM Laboratory Aspirator
The EMERTALIA LABÒ 2.0 – CAM was built with one job in mind — working alongside CAD/CAM milling machines. Milling cycles generate a high volume of fine particulates, and standard aspirators aren’t always up to the task. This unit handles that volume continuously without dropping off. The milling machine stays clean, the fine dust gets captured before it spreads, and the air quality in the lab stays where it should be.

900W motor, 1900 mm/H2O of suction depression. Noise stays at or below 59 dBa, which is important when the unit runs alongside milling cycles for extended periods. Filtration goes through two stages — an M-Class primary cartridge filter at 754 cm² and an E12 HEPA exit filter. During long milling procedures, filter clogging is a real concern. Both automatic and manual cleaning functions are built in specifically for that reason, keeping suction at full capacity throughout without needing to stop and intervene.
The RJ 45 interface is what sets this model apart from standard lab aspirators. It connects directly to modern CAD/CAM milling units for synchronized operation — the aspirator responds to the milling cycle automatically. The 7-liter Micropor collection bag has a hygienic closure and an indicator light that signals when it needs changing. Footprint is 24 x 31 x 48 cm and it weighs 15 kg, so it fits into a dedicated digital workflow without taking over the space. For digital dental centers where precision and occupational safety aren’t negotiable, it’s a practical and reliable addition.
