The EMERTALIA LABÒ 2.0 – EC MM is a high-performance lab aspirator built for environments where dust extraction needs to keep up with heavy, continuous use. It’s designed to sit under the bench, so it integrates into the workstation without eating into desk space. A 900W motor drives suction power of 1900 mm/H2O — strong enough to handle the extraction demands of a busy lab without compromise. Noise tops out at 59 dBa, which matters a lot when the unit is running constantly at close range to the operator. Filtration runs through two stages — an M-Class primary cartridge filter with a 754 cm² surface area, followed by an E12 HEPA exit filter. That combination captures the hazardous stuff — methacrylate, silica, heavy metals — before it has any chance of reaching the breathing zone.

The automatic On/Off system activates the aspirator in sync with whatever lab tool is connected to the integrated power socket — rated up to 2200W with a 250W standby. Suction power is adjustable based on the task. The collection bag holds 7 liters and has a hygienic closure, and there’s an indicator light that tells you when it’s full so you’re not guessing. Comes with a 2-meter flexible hose at ø 32 mm.
