Micromotor de laboratório de velocidade variável REHNE 119
The REHNE 119 VARIABLE is a carbon brush micromotor built for technicians who can’t afford to guess on speed. It’s part of a series that’s been refined over years of real lab use, so the reliability isn’t just a claim — it’s been tested. Ceramics that need a light touch, acrylics that need trimming, metal frameworks that need aggressive work — it switches between all of it without breaking a sweat.

It runs a 65W motor. 1,000 RPM on the low end, 35,000 on the high end. Torque holds at 3.0 Ncm, so power doesn’t drop off when the material pushes back. The carbon brush setup is what a lot of technicians actually prefer for detailed carving — there’s a softness to how it starts up that brushless motors don’t quite replicate. Keeping it running long-term isn’t complicated either. Brush replacements are simple and cheap, which adds up to real savings over time.
What separates this model from the ON-OFF version is the variable speed foot pedal. Press harder and the RPM climbs, ease off and it drops back down — all without touching the control unit. Switching materials or changing stages mid-restoration doesn’t require stopping. The casing is compact and takes up minimal bench space. Handpiece stays cool during long runs too, which isn’t something every micromotor can claim after hours of high-speed work.
