The Woodpecker PT E is a next-generation dental prophylaxis unit combining ultrasonic scaling and air polishing in one compact, ergonomic system. Designed for versatility, comfort, and clinical precision, the PT-E offers advanced features that set a new benchmark in hygiene treatments.
The handpieces are crafted from lightweight titanium alloy, ensuring a firm, non-slip grip, excellent durability, and improved handling during intensive clinical sessions.
The integrated micro-nozzle system and anti-clogging design deliver precise powder flow and 360° cleaning power. This allows thorough removal of biofilm and stains both supragingivally and subgingivally.
Comes with 2× 1400 ml water tanks for seamless switching between liquids. The multifunctional pedal allows hands-free control over water flow, spray intensity, and treatment mode—making operation more intuitive and hygienic.
The PT-E is paired with a custom-designed mobile trolley for safe storage and convenient access to all components.

The Woodpecker PT-E combines a powerful ultrasonic scaler and a precision air polisher in a single unit. This eliminates the need for two separate machines, saving space and cost while providing a complete solution for scaling, stain removal, and biofilm management in one compact system.
The dual heating system allows you to set and maintain optimal water temperature (from 25°C to 40°C) independently for both scaling and air polishing functions. This delivers warm water during treatment, significantly increasing patient comfort, especially during longer procedures, and can improve treatment efficacy.
The powder dispensers feature integrated LED lights that provide instant visual coding. A white light indicates bicarbonate powder (≥ 40µm), and a green light indicates erythritol or glycine powder (≤ 25µm). This prevents cross-contamination and simplifies clinical workflows by ensuring the correct powder is selected.
Yes. The included ultrasonic inserts are compatible with EMS®-style couplers, which is a widely used standard. This gives you access to a broad range of tip designs (like P, Perio, and Endo tips) from various manufacturers, offering great flexibility for different clinical procedures.
The system comes as a full clinical kit.
