Return Policy:

At Dental Rotors, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Please note the following terms and conditions regarding returns:

   • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
   • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you received the product.

2. Return Procedure:

   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Clearly state the reason for your return along with your order details.
   • Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us.

3. Return Shipping:

   • Please note that return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refund Process:

   • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within [X] business days.
